An intimate celebration at The Westin Riverfront with elevated western style, heartfelt moments, and stunning mountain scenery.
A Winter Wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado Full of Emotion and Elegance
Sarah and Kelly’s romantic winter wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado was the kind of day that feels like it came straight from a dream. Set against the snow-capped peaks of the Rocky Mountains, their intimate March celebration at The Westin Riverfront brought together everything they loved most: meaningful moments, stylish western details, and the people who mean the most to them.
Traveling from Florida, they chose Beaver Creek—a place that holds deep personal meaning—as the backdrop for their mountain wedding. With the Vail Valley as their setting and late-season snowfall dancing in the air, it was a true celebration of love in the heart of Colorado winter.

A Stylish, Elevated Western Wedding at The Westin Riverfront
Sarah and Kelly’s vision for their Beaver Creek wedding was a beautiful blend of elegance and relaxed western charm. Her flowing satin gown, pearl-trimmed hat, and long veil added softness and drama, while Kelly’s tailored tan suit and custom boots brought warmth and sophistication. From the soft pastel florals to the textured linens and refined ceremony setup, every detail reflected their intentional, fashion-forward style.
The Westin Riverfront, with its floor-to-ceiling views of the mountains and proximity to the Eagle River, offered the perfect combination of luxury and natural beauty—ideal for a Colorado winter wedding.

A Ceremony Filled with Nature’s Presence
One of the most cinematic moments of the day? Their outdoor ceremony. As Sarah and Kelly exchanged vows, a gentle wind swept through the mountains, wrapping her veil around both of them. Just as quickly, the sun broke through the clouds—followed by a light snowfall that felt like something out of a movie.
My favorite moment of the day: watching every guest stay completely present through the elements—wind, sun, and snow—as Sarah’s veil danced in the air. It was beautiful, emotional, and completely unforgettable.
From the beginning, Sarah and Kelly made it clear that connection mattered to them. After their engagement session in the mountains, it was clear we were a perfect fit—and by the time the wedding came, I felt more like a trusted friend than a vendor. That trust allowed me to document them with honesty, ease, and care.

If you’re dreaming about a Steamboat Springs wedding, I understand why. Something about this mountain town feels like champagne in cowboy boots. It’s scenic, luxurious, and wildly beautiful in every season. As a luxury Colorado wedding photographer working with both local and destination couples, I’ve photographed celebrations at ranches, mountaintops, private estates, and ski resorts […]

Perched high above the Vail Valley, the Vail Mountain Wedding Deck offers sweeping alpine views and a quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere. At over 10,000 feet, you quite literally rise above it all. With the Gore Range stretching endlessly behind you and Colorado’s beloved 14er, Mount of the Holy Cross, anchoring the horizon, the […]

Tucked into the Elk Mountains of western Colorado, you’ll find Crested Butte. It’s about four hours from Denver, but once you’re there, the pace shifts. You get less noise, more space, and better views, perfect for those dream summer mountain engagement photos. In the summer, it’s known as the wildflower capital of Colorado, and yes, […]

Jackie and Mike’s day is proof that a non-venue wedding in Telluride can be just as intentional, meaningful, and beautifully planned as any traditional celebration. They found me through a past bride (the best kind of introduction, if you ask me), and by the time we connected, there was already trust. They loved my work, […]

Snowy engagement photos in Vail are never a bad idea. You get consistent powder, open mountain views, and clean backdrops that don’t compete. The landscape is simple, which means the focus stays on the couple, not the scenery trying to steal the show. Snow softens everything visually, from light to color to texture. It creates […]

Meredith and Broderick’s late-August Telluride wedding unfolded with the kind of mountain-town charm that always keeps you on your toes—sun one minute, clouds the next. I covered their entire weekend, starting with the welcome evening and carrying all the way through the wedding day, which gave me the chance to document not just the big […]
