Tucked away in the mountains of Beaver Creek, Beano’s Cabin feels like a hidden gem—if that gem had floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy lodge vibe, and some of the best mountain views in Colorado. It has just the right balance of rustic and refined, making it perfect for couples who want a laid-back but seriously stunning wedding location.
Elisabeth and Ritter’s wedding came to me through a planner referral. Between the insane views, the thoughtfully designed details, and the welcoming atmosphere, everything about this wedding worked. It was warm, stylish, and effortless—exactly how a mountain wedding should be. If you’ve ever pictured yourself getting married somewhere with mountains in every direction and a venue that feels like a retreat, you’ll love this one.

If a cozy mountain retreat and an upscale wedding venue had a baby, it would be Beano’s Cabin. This place nails that elusive mix of laid-back and luxurious. Picture massive log beams, antler chandeliers, and cozy fireplaces—all wrapped up in a space that still feels open, airy, and undeniably elegant.
But let’s be honest, the real showstopper here is the views. Rolling meadows, aspen groves, and mountains stretching for miles feel like you’ve stepped into a postcard. They host weddings of up to 150 guests here from June to September, with some winter availability. This time frame is perfect for wildflowers or Colorado’s fall foliage. Beano’s Cabin is a dream for couples who want to be surrounded by stunning nature without sacrificing style.

Elisabeth and Ritter’s ceremony at Beano’s Cabin was a dream. Lush, wildflower-inspired florals framed the altar, blending seamlessly with the landscape. Elisabeth’s walk down the aisle was magic.
Mountain weddings have a way of making portraits feel extra cinematic, and this was no exception. We wandered through open meadows and aspen groves, letting the landscape do its thing while Elisabeth and Ritter looked elegant in the golden light. And can we get a round of applause for her bouquet?
Inside Beano’s Cabin, warm candlelight, antler chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows set the tone for their stylish reception. Tables dressed in neutral linens and soft florals created a sleek vibe, perfect for a night of good food, toasts, and a packed dance floor. Elisabeth switched into the cutest blue sequin dress for the reception. The night was cozy, elevated, and unforgettable.

Jackie and Mike’s day is proof that a non-venue wedding in Telluride can be just as intentional, meaningful, and beautifully planned as any traditional celebration. They found me through a past bride (the best kind of introduction, if you ask me), and by the time we connected, there was already trust. They loved my work, […]

Snowy engagement photos in Vail are never a bad idea. You get consistent powder, open mountain views, and clean backdrops that don’t compete. The landscape is simple, which means the focus stays on the couple, not the scenery trying to steal the show. Snow softens everything visually, from light to color to texture. It creates […]

Meredith and Broderick’s late-August Telluride wedding unfolded with the kind of mountain-town charm that always keeps you on your toes—sun one minute, clouds the next. I covered their entire weekend, starting with the welcome evening and carrying all the way through the wedding day, which gave me the chance to document not just the big […]

Vail has no shortage of stunning backdrops, but when it comes to Vail wedding venues, there’s something undeniably magical about tying the knot in the mountains. Maybe it’s the crisp alpine air, the way the Gore Range catches the evening light, or the simple luxury of being surrounded by scenery that feels straight out of […]

Ellen and Mark’s Camp Hale wedding was the kind of mountain day that keeps you on your toes. They actually found me through Instagram after falling in love with my editing style and how I capture couples looking natural. From our first chat, it was clear these two wanted their wedding photos to feel relaxed, […]

Rowan and Jake first popped up on my radar as guests at a wedding I photographed in June 2025. Though, funny enough, we didn’t actually meet that day (wedding chaos will do that to you). Fast-forward a few months, and they reached out after getting engaged at the end of summer, ready to dive into […]
